A new regular feature: let's boost each other's notes

I’m excited to announce a new feature for Midstack that I’ve been thinking: the Midstack Notes Spotlight.

Our Friday share threads have been around for awhile. It’s now typical for hundreds of midlife writers to share their essays from the week and engage with each other. We’ve built a real community around these weekly posts. I think we can do the same with our notes — and help each other find new readers who follow us, subscribe to us, and appreciate our writing.

It’s really simple what to do to participate.

In the comments of this post:

• Provide a short introduction to your note — anything that might help us understand why you wrote it or your goals for posting it.

• Post the text of the note.

• Then share the link.

• Restack, like, and share notes that connect with you.

• Be sure to post a comment on any note — one that shows interest and connection — that you like or restack. It’s just as important for you and the writer that you engage in the comments, instead of just liking or restacking.
